Vista Point is right on the seafront, with wonderful views over the Channel and enviable direct access to the beach from the back gate of the garden. It is on a quiet private estate with very little traffic and a cafe (including beach cafe in season) and pubs of East Preston are easily walkable. There is lots to do in the house, garden, beach and local amenities, and many guest find there is no need to go further afield.
The Sussex coast has many attractions: calm beaches, vibrant towns and beautiful landscape. Only a few minutes drive away are: Littlehampton, with seaside attractions and the iconic East Beach Cafe; Arundel, with its amazing castle, many tea shops, and a Wetlands Centre; and beautiful walks on the South Downs. Brighton to the east or Chichester to the west are also easily accessible by car or train.
Vista Point is very conveniently located for travel from London; 90 minutes by car or 90 minutes by train (Victoria or London Bridge). There is plenty of parking at the front of the property and Angmering Station is one mile away.
